Gunston’s NexTrex Recycling Challenge

We are excited to announce that our school is participating in the NexTrex Recycling Challenge!

This is a fun way for students, families, and staff to work together to recycle plastic film and help protect our planet.

Here’s how you can help:GMSNexTrexChallenge

  • Collect clean, dry plastic items like grocery bags, bread bags, Ziploc bags, bubble wrap, and plastic wrap.
  • Make sure all items are free of food residue.
  • Send the plastic items with your student to school. Recycling bins will be available around the school (Students will bring to Room G46 until then)

Every 250 pounds of collected plastic helps our school earn rewards, and together we can make a real difference in reducing waste and protecting the environment. 🌱Thank you for supporting our students and helping make Gunston Middle School a greener, cleaner place!

Let’s work together to recycle and care for our planet — one plastic bag at a time! 🌎♻️
