APS Technology Call Center


Arlington Public Schools is launching a Family Technology Call Center to provide technical assistance to students and parents on Tue, Sept. 8. The call center will be open Monday – Thursday, from 7 am – 9 pm and Friday from 7 am – 6 pm. Support will be available in English and Spanish.If your child is experiencing technical difficulties with their device, follow these three steps:

  1. Use these troubleshooting guides. These guides cover the most common technical problems experienced by students. You can also check out the Gunston Technology FAQ webpage.
  2. If you cannot resolve the issue, you can submit a student technology help request.
  3. Call the Family Technology Call Center at 703-228-2570 .
