Gunston is a joint-use facility. It is comprised of a middle school, two community theaters, a recreation center, and two gymnasiums. Through cooperative efforts of school and county staff, Gunston provides a variety of strong academic, athletic, cultural, and recreational opportunities for the children and other citizens of Arlington. We are proud to be part of Arlington County, Virginia.

The Gunston Arts Center houses two theaters, a rehearsal room, a dance studio, set and costume construction shops.

You will need to apply for a permit to use Diamond (Softball/Baseball) Fields, Rectangular (Soccer/Football/Lacrosse/Rugby) Fields, Synthetic Turf Fields, as well as Basketball/Volleyball Courts and the Gunston Bubble.
Tennis Courts
Tennis courts can now be reserved online. Reservations for 1 hour (min) to 1.5 hours (max) in length can be made 1-14 days in advance. For more information on reserving a court contact the Parks and Recreation Facilities Scheduling Office (703-228-1805). Reserve a court online or apply for a permit to reserve a Tennis Court.
Please note that any person or organization offering classes, clinics, or other instruction on on Arlington County tennis courts must have a current contract with Arlington County. Facility permits for such uses are not issued by the Facilities Scheduling Office. Please contact 703-228-1835 for more information.
Gunston Bubble
Enjoy a turf field indoors! The Gunston Bubble is great for soccer, baseball and softball training, indoor soccer games and great parties when you combine the bubble with T.E.A.M. amusements.
